It is true that the economy in Asia, excluding the booming market of China, is in need of more dynamic and creative interventions. It is wanting of new sources of revenue for the various governments and a new source of jobs for the labor, currently the largest in the world (if India is to be included). We need to pump prime the regional economy as well if we are to make equitable growth possible for everyone. Howev
